Standard return procedure

or write to the Great Bulbs Web Returns department, address below. We will issue all approved returns with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The RAN will be e-mailed by return and include information on how to return the Goods and where to send them to. We may refuse any returns that do not have a valid RAN.

Private Consumers
- If you are a private consumer you may cancel your purchase at any time within 7 working days from the day after receipt of the Goods without incurring any obligation or liability to us. Provided that you follow the returns procedure detailed above, and that the goods are received by us properly packaged in good condition and as they were when delivered to you, having not been used, and returned at your cost by sending it special delivery to Great Bulbs Web Returns (address above) you are entitled to a full refund. If you do not return the Goods to us in accordance with this Agreement, you must make the Goods available for collection and we may charge you the direct commercial costs that we incur to collect them.
- If, after notifying us of your intention to cancel you have failed to return your Goods to Us by sending them to the Great Bulbs Web Returns address within 21 days, or you fail to make them available for collection if collection had been agreed, you hereby irrevocably agree to pay GB the retail price of the Goods and you authorise us to take this amount from your credit or debit card or through such other means as we may require. In the event that you have failed to make them available for collection as requested, you also accept liability for the direct cost incurred by us in attempting to retrieve the goods.
- If you cancel your contract, subject to the goods having being returned in accordance to our returns policy, we will refund the monies you have paid to us within 30 days of you giving notice under the relevant contract.
Damaged Goods / Wrong goods
In the event that we dispatch damaged goods or the wrong goods to you, GB will offer you a replacement or refund. You must advise us of the problem within 7 days of reciept of the Goods and use the standard returns procedure detailed above.
Note; if the goods are damaged it is good practive to forward picture (preferably jpeg) to customer services.
Goods ordered in error
Should GB agree to replace goods ordered in error, the goods must be returned unused in their original wrapping with post and insurance at your expense. Replacement goods will incur a delivery charge irrespective of whether the original order availed of free delivery. If large quantities are returned We reserve the right to impose a restocking charge. Goods being returned must use the Standard Return Proceedure described above
